parent offspring relationship, siblings relationships and the well being and contentment of all. We facilitate objective analysis, assessment
and decisions. We assist to achieve consensus on misunderstandings and/or disagreements on the Family Farm. We the focus the action back where
it should be, effective day to day teamwork and successful work outcomes ensuring adequate current income and preparing for farm succession/transfer
